A certain meal I really enjoy having that is so beneficial for my health and tastes good is Korean Seaweed soup. I know it may sound weird but its so comforting and delicious, and it's full of vitamins and minerals. It's mainly cooked with beef, so it does have meat in it, but it's such a healthy meal, to the point that in Korea, when women give birth and are resting in postpartum care, they are given seaweed soup every meal for a week or 2, cause it really helps their body to heal and strengthen.

Hey Kyla, I really enjoyed this video, thank you for sharing – albeit being over 2 years ago. I'm currently healing my gut and reducing refined sugar, processed food and incorporating pro-biotic. I've found with regards to gluten & dairy that sourdough bread really helps my gut as well as raw milk – not homogenised or pasteurised. It's amazing what you can learn just through experimenting. Thank you for being so honest with this and you are so correct! One other thing to look out for in addition to avoiding ARTIFICIAL flavor is actually NATURAL flavor! Their original source may be "natural", but they have added emulsifiers, chemicals and solvents that the FDA deems "generally recognized as safe". The FDA also recognizes glyphosate as safe when it's in fact a carcinogen and kills bacteria in your gut–so though it doesn't kill humans right away, it kills your good bacteria which is essential for humans. Moral of the story, don't listen to the FDA (they're also the ones who approve the medication you need to get on once you're sick from a standard American, FDA-approved diet!

I have this stomach gut issue for 5 years now .sometimes I'll be in pain so much that I want to cry .no matter what I try will never work .I try to take probiotic but it seems to aggravate my symptoms.I try to fast at night for 12 hours window it also seems to aggravate my symptoms .I just dont know what to do anymore .It really affect my mental and my life .Lost and given up😢

I was dealing with sibo. Some people might have gut issues due to overgrowth of bad bacteria and in this case any fermented foods should be avoided, also you might want to be cautious with probiotics.
Gluten is not an issue!! as an American I have been gluten sensitive my entire life but once I traveled to other countries I noticed I'm not gluten sensitive I'm American food sensitive 😂😂😂 I ate so unhealthy outside of the states and was fine I came back all the acne and bloating returned immediately it's not the food it's just america. Try to go to foreign shops for bread I buy Italian noodles and bread here in the states and it helps so much
