Can 1/2 an avocado count as a salad? I get bored of prepping salads in the morning rush and end up eating a few bites of my kids lunches. Any simple idea to overcome this?
This sounds, and it is a lot controversial, bcs some things are rights, but others aren't even close to reality or what really happens in your stomach and intestines, please don't believe things like this

Vegetables are also very useful as high volume foods, makes weight loss easier
