    Glucose is only one fuel. Ketones are another and they work very well on fats for fuels.

    I found this out 3 years ago. And had to find out what did i need to help my energy levels. I started myself on COQ10 for a year, then vitamin K2. Starting to feel better but my bp meds were letting me down. I never knew about glucose levels because nothing is available for correct advice. Thanks .Jessica🎉
