I'm in love with her cooking. I just got diagnosed with very high cholesterol and have been wanting to change my diet for a while. So I'm excited to try her recipes and discover these healthy delicious recipes.
Any tips on sauces that don´t use: Soy, beans, nuts, non-dairy since they always contains sunflower lectin or tahini? Beans I probably can have later eating AIP//Paleo to keep my autoimmune disease under control so things like Soy, beans and nuts are of the table since they are quite common triggers for most AD´s. Nuts can also be reintroduced later but at the moment no for me. I would really like to do some sauces since in AIP we eat a lot of vegetables and rootvegetables but would like a sauce once in a while. If you have any tips 🙂
Since a lot of your videos looks soo good but for AD somethings are hard to include at the moment so thats why I was wondering 🙂 Thank you so far for the videos that you do
