Mark must be still working on his digestion. He burps so much.
Depression, all B vitamins, Self-talk, and walk exercise, get off the couch.

I find it really interesting that the foods we know are bad for us are still being sold at the supermarket.
you can't read it don't eat it
So why they making all these things and selling if it not good for you well then they should stop making all those things your body needs a little of everything not to much but little if we keep listening to you doctor we all die faster
Should we avoid decaffinated tea and coffee due to the processing? Are they toxic?
Does a water filter take out the good minerals as well as other things?
My mother lived to 103 did no drink wather only coke or Pepsi no kidney no liver no heart problems so go fegure
Why don't you differentiate seed oils? There is healthy cold pressed organic canola oil with no further processing which has an ideal omega 6 to omega 3 ratio.
im not taking health advice from a depressed doctor who eats ice cream and cookies for dinner🙄

Fantastic interview! Inspirational 😊🎉❤
Im in assisted living and all we get practically is crap. Alot of fries and fried food and processed food and finding myself stuck with grilled cheese sandwiches or ceese burgers for lack of any thing else and our vegetables and fruits are minimal. I drink alot daily. And i take a lot of supplements and protein powder. What else can i do? I never have an appetite but try to eat as healthy as i can. What else can you suggest?
Is fish bad😢 i just spent 40 bucks on fish😅😢
All is great except that I live in Asia and vegetable oils are key ingredients in virtually all dishes.
How can I contact this doctor?
Panic attacks are not usually a physical condition. Treating it as such is going down a rabbit hole and only suggests a medical condition when there isn’t one. That only feeds the belief that there is something wrong with the person‘s body, which is precisely what usually causes the problem to begin with.
