The KefIR is not HERE 😎
I just made my first successful homemade sauerkraut, which is a very cost friendly way to be healthier.
❤❤❤
If you're going to make a claim like that about the yogurt not having the live cultures due to pasteurization after fermentation, you really should provide a link to that study, report, or investigation. That's a pretty big claim. Not sure how yogurt companies can get away with claiming there are live and active cultures if there are not. While I find a lot of your information to be helpful, you lose credibility if you make wild claims, but don't bring the receipts to back it up. This has become all too common in the health and wellness space, which is why consumers are so confused about what they should and shouldn't eat. Please don't add to that confusion.
you are best!
Alright bruh a teaspoon of sugar ain’t gonna hurt you cmon now 😂
A lady I knew did not eat any of these food items and live to be 99 years old. However she drink buttermilk every day
What about cottage cheese
Hi Bobby, what about the brand called Nancy’s?
Doesn't the somach acid kill off the bacteria that is in these foods?
Put some frozen fruit in a blender and some of that cottage cheese and put it in the freezer and you got yourself some ice cream
Put some frozen fruit
Only L. Rhamnosus can survive the acid in a human stomach. All other probiotic are destroyed within 30 min unless they are encapsulated.
There’s no such thing as a “live” prebiotic. Prebiotics are not living things, they’re nutrients, usually in the form of long chain saccharides.
I used to eat yoplait but the sugar or some ingredient started giving me an upset stomach oddly enough. The cups get more and more expensive for such a small serving too. Siggis is definitely staying in the rotation.
How can we eat sugar on special occasions without causing dysbiosis or overgrowth of bad bacteria?
I make my own Kefir , its very easy
Your protein powder is not good
Get bloating and stomach pain
And no refund expensive
Bobby 😢
I guess I’m confused because the bacteria is live in the kefir or yogurt but you are saying the sugar kills it. But it’s sitting in sugar and alive? That makes no sense. Can someone explain to me.
Is coconut cult in all stores?
Thanks mate, very useful
I am curious to ask others, has anyone else noticed that if you take a probiotic yogurt and night with your vitamins, you wake up the next morning feeling better than had you not taken the yogurt ?
Thrive market would be fine but I don’t want to subscribe. Just another membership 🤦♀️
So how much kimchi how much should I eat a week. One container?
True…. These foods are really helpful….Along with this Planet Ayurveda's digestoplan syrup is very good to maintain Gut microbiome..

He just promoting his brand that’s all
