    I wish I would've stayed on it. I started originally in 2018 and lost 50 lbs from 225 to 175 in 1 year. I got depressed and gained every single pound back a few years ago. I tried getting back on it occasionally, but it was much more difficult than before and it was like my body was almost refusing to go back to keto. I but the bullet. Literally the threw everything in my fridge away, about $200+ in groceries that month. Started from scratch and I lost 15 lbs my first week. Alot of things that were burdening me physically have disappeared almost completely, like migraines and joint pain. My face appeared alot slimmer and I lost a lot of stomach. Compared to when I originally started keto. I know a lot tricks on keto from before so I believe it helped me lose weight a lot faster compared to before were it nearly took me 2 months to even see results when I first started. It was alot harder to start this time around, but after the first week. It's far easier than it was before.

    1 month into Keto, I did lose 20 lbs. The problem with less than 50 carbs per day, I was occasionally nauseous and I had the shakes. My wife first noticed it and when I put my hands out in front of me, it was scary. Your brain needs sugar so I've upped my daily intake of carbs. Hopefully, I'll still get to where I want to be.

    i love that random people are now nutritionalists. same people who think carbs are only in things like wheat products and candy. sorry to tell you carbs are in just about everything. might get lucky with a few veggies, meat and cheese. (and chicharrones- but that’s meat too) ignorant.

    Keto diet is so good when you are suffering from overweight, and these side effects are caused only when u eat unhealthy fats like vegetable oil/butter or palm oil instead of animal butter and olive oil for example!.. it’s definitely not a good life style to go by forever tho imo. But people need it. At least temporarily.. then a low carb OR a low calorie diet would do long term!

    Keto & Fasting is a return to our ancestral (which was 99.5% of human history, agriculture is EXTREMELY recent in our 2 million years of being on earth) diet.
    Carbs and their refined poisons are TOXIC.

    the gov't recommends 50% carbs. we definitely did not evolve eating that many carbs. that wouldn't have been possible until we invented agriculture, about 10000 years ago; not long enough for an evolutionary change. i don't think keto is spot on for how we should be eating, but it's much closer than what the gov't recommends for sure.

    Keto for some reason was most effect diet becouse when all out remove carbs a snicker bar scare you unlike normal diet which easiely slip and overeat.whent from 76 to 64 and about 2 months also have add im a waiter and used do boxing every week use bike there took about 20m going coming back.

    This video is 5 years old and was 5 years outdated when it came out. I've been on keto for years, getting regular doctor checks and blood work. Not only that, I later started a carnivore lifestyle and have never gone back. After many years of eating carbs I can tell you that they are ALL poison to your body. No carb is a good carb!! I really don't care what a food pyramid tells me. I am leaner, stronger and have way more energy than i had in my 20's or 30's and i don't go to the gym daily,

    This is BS read the book the cholesterol myth. It is very eye-opening as to how the medical field lies to us. it’s no coincidence that they lowered what is a healthy cholesterol level because they want to keep us on statins because it’s a huge moneymaker do your research for weight loss for arthritis and overall body inflammation it’s good for so many things. We are addicted to carbs. Before I started this junkie and I am a very petite 95 pound woman, but I also was a very unhealthy woman.
