Actually when you eat slowly the appetite will decrease itself because because when you eat slowly it takes more time to eat and your brain get tricked and the brain think think that you have eaten enough and no need to eat more as it think that you have eaten enough and no need to eat more as it has been taken the same amount of time that you used to eat before but not the same amount of food and your brain got the habits of how much time you take to eat so that's how you can lose weight with slowly eating and it is one of the most helpfull thing
