    Oats, fruit, beans, all carbs and thus converts to sugar, very destructive to the body not to mention the teeth. See the massive diabetic problem in most contries because of insance amounts of carbs.

    I grew up eating mostly rice, but lately I’ve been mixing in some millets and it’s been such a good change of pace. Thought I’d share in case anyone else was interested.

    I’m trying to figure out how to eat healthier as a teen, but everything costs so much. Berries, eggs, meat, etc. It all adds up, and I’m not even full. It is so discouraging.
