I dont think you can ever be totally sure what youre getting. I eat a pretty ckean balances diet AND take creatine. Do i know what works best? No. But something does
Creatine is non essential amino, Our body produces it on its own. If u r really working out for more than 3 hours a day hugh intensity than inly u need such waste supplements. They must be used after reasearch, Market have more waste products ever in history
You’d need to consume roughly 2lbs of red meat per day to get 5g of creatine, that’s an absurd amount that virtually no one could afford or want to eat.
Inaccurate all those vegetables and chicken don't have any creatine. It's really only from red meat. And it's about 2 lbs of red meat perday so you could do 2 steaks and that's 5 grams if creatine. You could probably fit both steaks on a single plate. Also to be comparable you'd have to add 2 scoops of protein powder to the creatine side because each steak will be about 22 grams of protein. Also 1 lbs of salmon has about 2.5 grams of creatine so you could eat 1 steak and 1 salmon every day and creatine is all set.
Even if u don't take in the caloric intake of consuming just 5g of creatine from food the actual monetary cost in comparison is insane.
I can get a container of creatine for $30-$40 (as low as $15 if it's on sale where I get it) that lasts me 2 or 3 months at a time. Mind that you need to take it every day for a couple weeks to get saturated and then can start to be more like every other day and still get results.
If u had to consume that much food every single day not only would u be spending a majority of your day cooking or your entire day meal prepping u would be spending likely $30+ per day with current prices unless u have the ultimate hook up or something.
And to top it off 25% of people see no results from creatine so u could be spending all that time and money and be completely oblivious that ur not getting any benefit.
If anything this video is a major endorsement for getting the powder and taking seconds to scoop some into ur drink every day. Unless you're a professional athlete or bodybuilder with high income and the ability to pay someone to do all of that food prep for you OR able to find a supportive SO and they are willing to do it for u. And even then ud be on a constant super bulk year round because the caloric intake is massive. I'm talking like atleast 6000-8000 a day and half of that is just the 2 gallons of milk ur consuming, which may also be an issue if ur like 70% of the world and are lactose intolerant
Yeah one is obviously more convenient than the other just depends sometimes I don't eat all the nutrition I need in a day so I supplement the rest either is fine

Is this post pro- or anti- creatine supplement(s)? I can’t tell at all.
Right side is the best👍

So should I start taking creatine?
Wait… that full scoop + other things is only 5gr? I think I have been using way to little then lol
Correct because creatine gets destroyed by the body
Natural food is so much better and more bioavailable
Heart attack😂 vs health food 🎉
Happy with the quality and results of Nature-Amino Powder by Planet Ayurveda. Will definitely recommend to others.

2 gallons of milk? If it's skim, that's 2,560 calories, and if it's whole milk, that's a whopping 4,800 calories!
