After drinking 2 glasses of water, I then have veggie juice and on some days instead of a smoothie I would have plain yogurt with grains and seeds and a couple of dates. Then a few pieces of whole fruits. I must say I have so much more energy now. wait how could I forget my Chai or Chicory tea 😂

Why are u misguiding common people who don’t know about their body type! By following satvic movement videos, when I drink vegetables juices, every time I got diarrhoea, bloating, excessive acidity. If u are promoting ayurveda, do it with proper explanation. Vata type of body can not digest raw veggies.
I used to take beetroot and apple with soaked nuts ..but after intake i feel heaviness in my head and vomiting tendency.. even writing this i can feel that moment..what should I do
I will do vegatable juice and daily I eat sprouts everyday. My morning food is only raw food. I maintain the same for working days. Holidays only I prepare some tiffins like dosa , idly and so on
Or u can soak these after washing the dry fruits properly and wash once again after soaking for some time and it is better to soak the dry fruits separately
Just very recently I learned that blending fruits and vegetables taste good but it cuts down on fiber significantly so eat raw salad with fruits and nuts. It’s so much better for you also soaked nuts should be skinless so remove skin before blending them into your foods. Happy healthy days ahead everyone
After i joined Satvic family, my days always start with ABC juice too! I have coconut water ,alongwith the coconut malai . yummy ! Later I either have Smoothie or a bowl of fresh fruits and some soaked nuts.
