I recently started the keto diet again. I have adapted a few nightly routines that keeps me regular. I put castor oil in my navel, leg up the wall pose and 1 table spoon of aloe vera gel every other night
The "Lack of fiber" is so real! About 30-45 days in and fiber has become a must. I've started eating salads and adding leafy greens to my food just to keep me regular. Also has helped keep me feeling fuller and aides in weight loss! Don't neglect the fiber!

The lack of fiber doesn’t absolutely nothing to the body while on a meat diet. Turns out, your body doesn’t need it to help digest and pass stools.
