Help me, I just want to loose weight. I started my diet and I eat about 957kcal. It's okay, but I started to think that it's too little. But I don't know. It makes me crazy. I don't want to eat too little coz it could have opposite effects than fat loss, but I don't want to eat too much coz it could be too much food. I watched a lot of videos, but I just cant understand the calories deficit, how much calorie should I normal eat, and how much of calories is too much. I need help, please any ideas, I'll be grateful for anything. I'm: 17 years 173cm 63,5kg

Hey Zach! I'm worried about my current calorie deficit. I'm 87 kg at a height of 5'7". My TDEE is somewhere between 2,500 kcal and 3,000 kcal. As of now, I'm in a calorie deficit of 1,500 kcal only. Will that result in muscle breakdown even if I continuously progress in my training?
cut carbs not calories, be active past 1000 cal(ie not game streamer avoiding hotpockets), use the hand thingy to work out that kstreak arm, do planks once every 3 days(dependant on other factors) to insure happy wife(adult stuff).

When I do intense cardio it has mild impact on belly but overall I become week and looks lean and lead to muscle loss. Although having good protien diet. Kindly suggest something to burn belly fat without muscle loss. Crunches also tried for 3 to 4 months but no results.

It may seem like a stupid thing for your body to do but this is actually an amazing adaptation to avoid starvation, too bad it doesn't align with the current health goal.
eat lots of protien, build muscle but don’t skip cardio if you want to loose fat. please don’t starve yourself it will just make you unhappy and unhealthy. protien keeps you full with lots of energy🫧🫧🫧🫧
Instead of just not eating. eat 200 to 600 less calories then ur supposed to and up ur protein to about 1 grams per ur body weight or desired body weight. Then u lose the fat and keep the muscle.👍

Yeah this sucks. I got to a point (ed) where i gained weight eating 1200 calories
I don't usually eat breakfast or lunch but a couple snacks and dinner which makes up for it
