    Your greenie leaves salad go first, then your fatty animal protein after, and finally, you may get a little of a sweet treat( optional). Don't forget to make your intermittent fasting and stop eating before dawn 😊

    It’s not horrible, it was a wake up call for me to get my shit together and get healthy.
    And I agree that food is medicine. My dietician said the same. But that means a lot of the things that were poisoning my body (soda, fast food, cakes and candy), no I can’t eat those things I liked anymore.

    I reversed my type 2 diabetes using a fasting technique inspired by the Bible (specifically, Daniel 1:8-16). I followed this method for three weeks, consuming only vegetables and water.

    Initially, my doctor diagnosed me with type 2 diabetes, which was alarming. She urged me to begin treatment right away. However, I decided to research the condition for myself and came across articles by Dr. Ray Taylor. He suggested that it was possible to reverse type 2 diabetes through a starvation diet.

    Despite her disapproval, I informed my doctor of my intention to try this approach. I asked her for one month to see if it would work, promising that if it didn't, I would start her prescribed medication.

    After three weeks on my diet, I returned for a check-up. The doctor took my blood and said they would contact me with the results. A few days later, she asked me to come in for a follow-up. When I arrived, she appeared unsure of how to begin the conversation. Then, she bluntly stated, "Mr. King, I don't know what you are doing, but we can't find any signs that you have diabetes, so we won't need to put you on any medication."

    Interestingly, she didn't ask me what I had been doing to achieve these results. I'm not overweight; most of my weight is concentrated in my abdomen. During those three weeks of consuming just vegetables and water, I lost all my belly fat, and as a result, my diabetes went away.

    Vegetables and Water:

    You can use vegetables to make juice, smoothies, or soup. Most vegetables are suitable for these preparations. Here are the ones I used:

    Smoothies:

    – Kale

    – Broccoli

    – Spinach

    – Cauliflower

    – Sprouts

    – Avocado

    Juices:

    – Cucumber

    – Celery

    – Apples

    – Lemon

    – Ginger

    Soups:

    – Kale

    – Broccoli

    – Spinach

    – Cauliflower

    – Sprouts

    – Asparagus

    – Leeks

    *Aromatic Herbs:

    Herbs for Soups:

    – Parsley

    – Basil

    – Onion

    – Garlic

    – Coriander

    – Scallion

    – Cilantro

    Culprit:

    Fruit is not ideal for those with diabetes or those trying to lose weight. Let me share two experiences I had while following a starvation diet to reverse my type 2 diabetes.

    The first incident occurred during the second week of my diet. I ate a ripe banana, and my blood sugar spiked from 4mmol/L to 12mmol/L. I couldn't believe it rose that quickly, which taught me firsthand that fruit is unsuitable for diabetics.

    The second incident happened when I was feeling extremely hungry. My wife decided to make me an English breakfast, which included two eggs, two sausages, and two pieces of bacon. Surprisingly, my blood sugar did not rise. This taught me that fat is not the problem; sugar is the real culprit.
