Not necessarily. This is all really only hypothetical. In reality, studies show that neither calories nor weight really changes for muslims participating in ramadan by any significantly measurable level
Thats not true you are talking bullshit so muslims are happy with you but the truth is ramadan fasting can be fatal many people in arabic countries develop severe kidney damage due to not drinking water for half a day with extreme temperatures and no water compensation for the body and many develop low blood glucose leading to diabetes and chronic fatigue get your information straight
Hey, QUESTION…I fast in Ramadan, walk 2 hours ar night and 1 hours of table tennis in the afternoon and still can't lise weight, did some strength training…maybe the food I take…I don't eat much though
How exactly is binge eating two times per day for a month healthy? This is pure misinformation. If what you're saying is true, why are hospital visits due to digestive issues and diabetes in Muslim countries 50% higher during Ramadan. Why do people gain so much weight during the month of "fasting"? In the best case scenario it can just be neutral since it's just reversing day and night schedule. But since the world thankfully doesn't abide by Islam things work during the day, so binge eating two times per day and barely sleeping can't be healthy for an entire month. Also how am I to fast or feast if I live north of the Arctic circle or south of the Antarctic circle?

I am Muslim but my mam hates me when I fast
You should fast for Jesus though and not demons
I’m Christian but this sounds rough
Ramadan fasting is only done from sunup to sundown..Muslims eat regularly during the evening and early morning..so it's not really fasting
Isn’t that starving yourself though?

Sexualised the benefits of fasting by showing off your body. Fasting is for Allah not for getting a six pack
how do you do your hair
What are the rules for fasting as a muslim
Can I ask what do I eat in the morning and night and when if I want to start Ramadan fasting to lose weight
Bro we eat at night this is only accurate if you eat nothing
Btw we dont fast in ramadan for this, its too feel for the poor.
Is all this true?

Ramadan is a blessing ❤❤
Don't worry I get all that back on eid😅
NOT EVEN WATER?!?!
They're still feasting constantly for a month, so it can't be that beneficial.
Unfortunately weight loss isn’t guaranteed for everyone and yes that includes being active and eating healthy.
So does this mean like not eating anything for 30 days?
Jesus is the way! ✝️❤️

Fat isn't bad it's important obese people aren't the only ones on earth, they're the weakest though
Not a modest appearance for conveying something Islamic.
