So far, Nathan one eleven Life is the best remedy for people getting high blood pressure problem. Uncomplicated language is utilized to write this, which means it is easy to understand fully and carry out. Individuals with hypertension can have this book that I highly recommend for handling this concern. I decreased my blood pressure level beneath 120/80 making use of this plan.
This information is a gift from GOD. May the most high bless this lady for speaking this great info. I forgot all about flaxseeds, gonna order some gel caps now!!😊
Very impressed a doctor that talks about food as medicine as a first line of treatment… Particularly for lifestyle diseases… Fantastic video doc ,,👏👏👏
I went through a tough time with my health, and nothing seemed to help. The only thing that worked for me was a treatment I saw in a video called “How Thompson Reverted HIgh Blood Pressure” it helped me so much
High blood pressure can effect insulin sensitivity. Magnesium lowers blood pressure: 400mg of magnesium glycinate taken at night; this lowers morning blood pressure level. During the day eat magnesium rich foods: beans, dark leafy greens, and beat juice.
PLEASE TOO MUCH TALK … GO TO THE POINT … NO MORE THAN 10 mn
Excellent lesson and I like thr energy in you communication. Thanks!!

This is so accurate especially the bit about not taking meds. I am currently trying to control mine with food and supplements. Every single bp medicine I've tried has resulted in horrific side effects and huge loss of quality of life to the point of interfering with my ability to do my job and have energy to do everyday things like cleaning or laundry or even cooking. It also included the inability to sleep and feel rested – I was always sleepy but never restored. I had to stop taking them. Have cut out almost all fast food with rare exception maybe once a month and sometimes even longer in between. It's helping but I also have PCOS which actually impacts several master hormones and keeps both my weight and my adrenaline high due to the hormonal imbalances, and that keeps my bp higher overall. It's a heck of a battle but I will say it's one worth fighting and one that I'm winning, slowly but surely with the removal of many bad foods and fast food as well as including much healthier foods and supplements.
Thank you for sharing so much good info and for not shaming folks that can't take the meds – very very helpful and appreciated!
What a load of crap
Even went to ER after telling them my readings 134/107 😂 doctor said no its not an emergency sir send me home ,should have fought though but didnt want to raise my BP
Huh. Lot of studies say it’s not saturated fat it’s carbs and sugars. Metabolic health?! Hmm
I quit drinking alcohol. Now I eat healthy. I drink beet juice at night. And I drink hibiscus tea in the morning. Do lots of exercise. Drink water. I don't have a problem with high blood pressure anymore.
Thank you for this informative video. I have an arm BP monitor. My first reading will be at least 10 points higher than my second reading taken immediately after my first reading. Which reading should I consider? The 1st reading or the 2nd reading?
good info🙏
Je mag niet praten tijdens de metingen
Yeah idk, the fact no potassium is mentioned is kinda crazy. RDA is 4,700mg, no one is getting that and sodium and potassium play a balancing act all while insolin keeps your kidneys from releasing salt and potassium tells them to release it. Potassium relaxes the blood vessels. I can guarantee that most people with BP problems aren't getting enough potassium and are over eating processed food/fast food which is high in salt.
Thank you so much for Sharing it God bless you ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
How much do we have to drink to stay hydrated? Hopefully you answer questions
Is medication a must if the kidneys are compromised
What a load of BS…not one doctor can source what's behind high blood pressure…there are different variations and no 2 people are alike. Get to the bottom of it or at lease concede there is not a median when it comes to BP…everyone is different.
flak seed will cause weight gain
I ate a good diet, exercised a lot, and thought I was in great shape. So when I occasionally checked my blood pressure and saw it around 150+/80+, I didn’t worry about it.
Then, at 56, I had a type A aortic dissection, and my life changed drastically, and not for the better. I also have a type B dissection that is being managed medically, basically my aorta is screwed.
I’m 60 now and still going, but life just isn’t what I expected it to be, or what it could have been.
Don’t ignore high blood pressure just because you feel fine. I did, and I’m living with the consequences every day.
She is lying about Sat fat, it’s trans fat that is bad
60 and my BP is 140/80, so I am sure I will have a stroke after this
Lower blood pressure
My bp has always been 120/70 with almost no change across multiple diet changes and exercise habits. While a junk lifestyle can certainly make itself known systemically, measurements like bp are also a large part genetics.
You might think that your long videos are necessary… but they are not!! You could get to your point a lot quicker!! And just maybe, you will get even a lot more watchers…it that matters to you. If not, just keep doing what you do!!!
Hi Doc, thank you for continuing to provide us with helpful medical information. Please dedicate a video to talk about low blood pressure. Information on dealing with low blood pressure tends to be quite limited and there's hardly any information on how to get it to a good level and maintain it.
I've discovered so many foods, including teas and spices, that can significantly lower the blood pressure, but other than salt, I don't know of anything else that helps to elevate the blood pressure. (My blood was always on the low side, but never to the point of being so low that it would affect me negatively, but recently, I wasn't getting much sleep at all for about three months, as I wanted to spend time with a loved one in palliative care, so I moved in there and a number of factors kept me from getting sleep. Approximately three to four weeks after the funeral when things started calming down and everyone went back to their respective homes, suddenly,
I started experiencing light-headedness and couldn't lay down without my head getting light, so I had to sleep sitting up on the sofa; it eventually lead to me falling down and almost passing out two times in one day; been to the hospital a couple of times too, but by the time I arrived though, it went up enough; still on the lower side, but not in a danger zone; I guess due to my level of anxiety at the time. I've been told not to get up too fast and if it gets too high or to low to return to the hospital, as there was a time it was going up and down significantly, and repeatedly, in short spans of time. Now, I monitor my pressure daily; it remains low to the point where I have to have tips of salt on my tongue or salted water before going to sleep, as by that time, the pressure is fairly low for me, and tends to drop much lower once I lay down; even during the day, if I don't increase it, it keeps going down. at the moment. lower than 112 over 70 exhibits low pressure symptoms for me, however, in the past, when I was much younger, 110 over 60 was quite normal for me.
Do you believe that with proper sleep habits my pressure will go back to a moderate and stable place? (I already eat fairly healthy, but now I some of those healthy foods are lowering my pressure, so I hardly know what to eat any more). Unfortunately, I haven't redeveloped proper sleeping habits yet; I tend to be up very late at nights; way beyond midnight, and I strongly suspect that that is a contributing factor. I'm working on improving my sleeping habits. Often times I try to make up for the lack of sleep by sleeping in later, but it seems that once a person go to bed later than 10:30, something gets lost that cannot be regained even with more sleep; I understand that the sleep before midnight is crucial). Thank you Doc
Most people pressure is higher at the doctors offices than at home, I wonder why, plus they don’t talk about the horrible side effects of those pills. You need good salts not table salt and good fats not bad fats. You can’t put everyone at 120 over 80, that’s insane. The pressure medicine is actually slowly destroying your organs.
I’m really love this video. Maybe I missed it but there certainly is another common thing that raises BP. If you are chronically not getting enough sleep.
Thank you great video.
Lots of good recommendations. For flaxseed it has to be way more than sprinkling on food. 1 full tablespoon daily. The American association should put weight training as it helps endothelial function and therefore lowers blood pressure. Also , fish oil helps with lowering blood pressure. And no sugar – insulin is the root cause of many evils including high blood pressure
Big juice is very high in oxalates, which I cannot have because my doctor has advised me to be in a low oxalate diet.
Can I drink coffee
Hi can I eat Beet
Good morning doctor i have kidney steg 3 hi blood pressure what can I use for it
Excellent video. Thank you. ❤
Good morning i see a new blood pressure chart sating people over 60 normal rate is 151 / 91 is this correct?
talk, talk talk . . . Blah, blah , blah. eg – explaining why plants need nutrients in soil. You could have shared real food suggestions to bring down blood pressure. Beyond leafy greens and hibiscus tea, what other great ideas are there? Flax seed? beet root? Disappointed not more specific foods weren't mentioned.
Chinese food have a lot of salt 🧂
The definition of a doctor it is somebody like you keep on doing your work , and that is taking patient how to take care of himself not to come back for another dose of drugs
If you’re late to go to see a doctor and on the test you for blood pressure and it is high before you leave. Ask them to check again.
One thing I must point out a lot of leaf greens is vitamin K. You have to be careful with your blood, especially those people who have gone through a stroke.
I want you to talk about vitamin b12 with people who are vegetarian. I’m probably eat just fish as meat. how do you want subtitle if they don’t eat meat food for vitamin B12?
19:19One thing you didn’t mention you cannot put the blood pressure to tight on your risk? Thanks for your information.
Drink one water in the morning and before bed and if you have stomach inflammation, you can drink some mint tea with some oregano
I just checked mine after watching your video, and it came out as 164/103.😢
