    Lmao jkjk but frfr im not a food eater im a junk eater 😢I realize I don’t consume food, id rather snack than eat and my sister pointed that out one day, she was like “u don’t go to the kitchen for food but rather snacks, like u don’t eat.” And I was like “U iz right.” Because I stay hungry and end up craving and go to what’s convenient at the moment, which is why I’m slightly overweight, in a sense that I’m fat but not too fat, if that makes sense. Anyways how does one go about stopping this 😭 like I need a step to step guide any tips?

    Avocado oil is a harmless oil. Take that. Also dont heat the oils. Quinoa is also a protein with most of the bodies requirements. I use nuts, quinoa, most melons for optimal hydration, and coconuts. Any liquids excreting from fruits = hydration. waters not too hydrating, but becomes more hydrating when u transform it to teas. Make sure the teas arent too strong. Id dilute it with a little more water to make it easier to take down. Take a 1 a day or however you get them. The soil is not what it once was so supplementation is important because youre ditching the fats youve evolved to eat. What we've "evolved" to eat doesnt mean it wont age you, give ya bumps, keep ya sick and all that. Im talking about most of the things in stores that arent necessarily healthy but would in theory make you satiated (full). Healthy doesnt mean skinny. Btw. If you felt like i was leaning toward raw food, you arent wrong, but youll feel better usually eating uncooked. I usually will have a few potatoes several times in the month, but the majority of the time, its fruits, nuts, seeds, fruit liquids.

    Yall be eating 3-4 times a day?? Let alone actual full ass meals??!!!🤨 I only eat like 1-2 times a day maybe 3 times once a week or so. And I can’t even eat that much anymore and I hardly even feel hungry😅

    -Minimally processed
    -Filling foods
    -Nutrients dense
    Tie all of it together by doing whatever you can to rewire your brain into accepting the lifestyle changes. Bro is on point with this video, but there's lots of different strategies.

    I think exercise is more important like a sport or something that’s easy like walk-in to get that desert or pizza which is better for u is more important to your mindset around food. This will show that it’s good to delay the gratification of food

    When I was 12 had really bad asthma every night and apparently no one in my house new about inhalers(lol) so for months I went like half of my nights with barely any sleep if any at all, and then I started smoking weed and it helped the asthma alot, but because of how bad it was, not enough. One day my older brother discovered healthy eating on the internet(he was 18 I was stilla kid, 12 or maybe 13 by then) and then he told me I could cure my asthma and that got me soooo excited I started doing tons of research, and within a few months was eating literally perfect( no junkfoods or sugar, dairy or grains, or even gum, and very little fruit tbh, but i felt great without it) and my asthma was gone within a month or two.
    If you get excited and believe in the good future you want hard enough you will do anything. I never had any discipline training, I ate however I wanted, absolutely LOVED sweet crap and junkfood, etc etc, and still I was able to transform my diet and health within a very very short period of time, at age 13, by myself. I had social support from my 2 bros because they were also really serious about eating health(not as much as me), and that defintely helped but ultimately I was so focused on curing my asthma and being able to run and do shit again that that's all I needed. They were already pretty free health wise, so they didn't have as much motivation to change.

    Or as an alternative, swap potatoes out for lower carb noodles, i.e. rice noodles, and stir fry it with ginger and garlic, saves you becoming bored and falling out of love with potatoes

    I am on the 1-23-24 diet, one meal a day and I eat that meal very healthily. It doesn't matter if it is salmon or chicken cooked in plenty of olive oil, it always comes with potatoes. yoghurt and then a small bowl of fruit. And I dropped from 109 kilos to 78 kilos in 4 5 months. like a joke! It was very difficult at first, and this difficulty doubles when you have a nation with a good food culture that always eats junk food. My chance was to get away from them for a while, and during that time I always ate healthy and took care of myself. Please take care of yourself because the world is full of people who are watching this video on the sofa, wondering what would happen if they eat, as if we only come to life once. Please pay attention, this man speaks really well.

    and go to a nutritionist and if you cant research real information on internet. youtube most of the videos are waste of time and effort. thats my advice and if i were to do a video of how to go healthy i would do it in 10 seg. find your pourpose then resarch real information a lot. and or go to a nutritionist

    I want to eat heathy but I never have an appetite and I often unintentionally starve myself to add to that I’m a picky eater 🙁 I really hate it but I will try to stick to a heathy diet
