    Key Takeaways for quick navigation:

00:00 Understanding how the mind works is crucial for effective studying.

01:51 Reading material doesn't guarantee understanding; outcomes vary.

05:45 Study first thing in the morning for a calm mind, high ATP, and better circadian rhythm alignment.

11:06 Recognize individual variations; some teenagers may have different natural study times.

16:12 Avoid emotional experiences, conflicts, and distractions before studying for a more tranquil mind.

20:09 Understand that thoughts often come from the unconscious mind, and it's a challenge to control them.

22:09 Learning involves bringing thoughts from the unconscious mind to the conscious mind; aim to make productive thoughts your default.

22:36 Learning involves planting thoughts from the conscious mind into the unconscious mind.

24:11 Perceptions about oneself often reside in the subconscious and can affect behavior and self-esteem.

27:02 Unconscious thoughts originate from the conscious mind and are planted through repetition and reinforcement.

29:57 Controlling what goes into your unconscious involves consciously choosing and repeating specific thoughts.

33:48 Thoughts in the unconscious mind shape motivation and behavior, and changing them can be challenging.

36:28 It's often more difficult for someone with negative thoughts in their unconscious to perform certain tasks compared to someone with positive thoughts.

42:26 Therapy and consciously reframing thoughts can help change what's in the unconscious.

46:55 Studying involves spending conscious time with specific thoughts, leading to learning and knowledge acquisition.

48:09 Being in an environment or community that encourages positive thoughts and discussions can influence your thought patterns and behavior.

48:55 Studying helps when it makes you think differently and improves how you function as a human being. It's about changing your thought patterns.

50:15 Study first thing in the morning or when your mind is calm, avoiding mentally stimulating activities like social media before studying.

52:05 Studying is influenced by your emotions and environment, so control your surroundings and thoughts to improve focus and concentration.

56:28 Spending time in nature can help build self-confidence by reducing the negative thoughts generated in social situations.

58:45 Structure your environment to promote positive thoughts and avoid distractions for effective studying.

Study first thing in the morning, when you have low adenosine and high ATP, when your mind has less information and experiences to worry about.
We're trying to make conscious thoughts sink in, make them become unconscious and automatic to recall. That is learning. Best when the mind is calm.

Without interest there's no knowing and knowledge. That's how our mind works. Our minds sees so many writings, names, letters daily just existing here and there for people's to read and understand. We see so many things yet not everything goes into our mind. Except for those which we want to actually know. Unless just imagine the case of where our mind just recklessly grasps anything it sees. Pure nightmare!

00:00 πŸ“š Reading a textbook doesn't guarantee learning; outcomes vary.

02:33 🎲 Understanding study is not a linear process; focus on factors impacting comprehension.

04:06 πŸŒ… Start studying early in the morning for a calmer mind, better ATP levels, and alignment with circadian rhythms.

09:31 πŸ¦‰ Consider individual circadian rhythms when choosing optimal study times; teenagers might function better later in the morning.

16:12 πŸ’ Psychological stress impacts learning; study early to avoid accumulating stress and distractions throughout the day.

22:09 🧠 Studying involves implanting conscious thoughts into the unconscious mind for effective learning.

23:31 πŸ€” Negative thoughts about oneself often reside in the subconscious, impacting perceptions and actions in life.

26:30 πŸ’ Learning is the process of transitioning conscious thoughts into the unconscious mind, enabling automatic recall.

34:18 πŸ’‘ Automatic thoughts stem from the unconscious mind, influenced by the thoughts we consciously focus on throughout the day.

42:55 πŸ”„ Therapy and environmental changes can influence subconscious thoughts, altering perceptions and behaviors.

48:28 🧠 Studying in the morning is ideal as the mind is clearer and calmer, making it easier to focus.

50:26 πŸ“š The earlier you study, the better; accumulating daily experiences disturbs mental tranquility, hindering focus.

51:38 πŸ§˜β€β™‚ Avoid mentally stimulating activities like social media before studying; maintain a calm and focused mindset for effective learning.

53:31 πŸ’» Designate specific environments for work and leisure to control thoughts and improve concentration while studying.

56:10 πŸ’‘ Focus on developing a positive thought environment to reduce the need for excessive self-control during studying.

I took my board exam before. During review, I stayed in a dorm with other students from other schools. Most of them would study all day long, until dawn.

Me, after waking up, I would read a hand-out for 10 minutes every morning for 6 months. I listened to the review class from 8am to 3pm. After that, I go to malls to relax. And I also made sure I sleep 7 ro 8 hours a day. I eat healthy.

    I failed that exam. 😁

Kidding. I passed it. And those who would study until dawn that I got to know didnt pass.

24:49 ….really really not trying to be that guy but that’s were spiritual warfare comes in to play brother… if you read the Bible it’ll explain it all, but like I said I’m not trying to open those can of worms when this video is about how to study better which is what I actually am trying to be better at but yes those thoughts that you randomly get that distract or direct you, lead you to disray.. is what Satan and his fallen angles want you to do ..be districted from being the best version of you that you can be because we are made in Gods image an Satan is already destined to burn in the lake of fire forever so he knows in this little time before Judgment Day and Christ returns he’s leading everyone and anyone he can to their worst version of themselves and death because he hates us, we are the creations of our creator who banished him (rightfully so) forever, of course he would want his redeeming creation (Us) to not be the best versions of themselves an ultimately lead to Heaven. He wants the exact opposite and just look at society the way it is and has been , he’s been working overtime to get society an young Men ( which then a domino effect leads to women who are naturally meant to follow the men) to where we are now with everything feeling backwards and messed up …Spiritual Warfare is realer than real, that’s where all the unexplained problems that we can’t wrap our head around come into play when you really think about it and like in this video put yourself in a calm place to digest all of this and then realize it.. when you get this negative thoughts and feelings DEMONS attach themselves to those thoughts and feelings the (wow I didn’t study im such a lazy piece of shit I could have studied hours ago, etc etc.) an make you feel like that way about yourself THATS HOW THEY FEED OFF YOU YOU GOT TO UNDERSTAND THE ENEMY FIRST

Quick guide on how to reset your circadian rhythm:
    1. Fast for a couple days. That means two days, though it should be better if you can do three or more days. Don't eat more than 5~10% of your daily calorie intake (ideally eat 0 calories), keep yourself hydrated (drink isotonic breverages with no sugar if possibel, if not, drink water with a pinch of salt at least once a day, or when you feel the symptoms of hangover) and do your life normally. [The feeling of hunger is psychological, after some days fasting you will notice that you are not hungry anymore]
    2. Take a walk early in the morning for at least 10 minuts. This works even during cloudy days, but then double the time you spend outside. Early means during the first hour after the sunrise, but just exposing yourself to the sunlight is enough to inform your body that those hours are day.
    3. One hour before sunset, lower the brightness of every device you're using to it's minimum, and try to lower the brightness of lights in your house, or at least use them the least possibel. Obviously, go to bed as late as an hour after it gets dark.
    4. On the third day, when you finally get to eat, try and choose the least refined foods, try to get mostly natural foods and things that are not too heavy for your body to process, such as soup. Soup is only for this day, the following days you should be able to eat normally, although you should really be careful with what you eat.
    5. Done. Fast at least twice a month. Fast agane when you have to travel to another timezone, when jet lag affects the most.
