I get nose bleeds quite frequently. I've learned that sticking a tissue up there, tilting forward, and sometimes getting an ice pack and putting it over my nose helps me.
I got to teach my mom and her boyfriend that i could choke if i tilted my head back because it could get into my stomach and make me nauseous my mom thought it was pretty cool
