So many health commentators have commended blueberries as very healthy, but then there's you. I think you are a showboat and I don't trust you. Goodbye.

20g of carbs a day? lol. Why don’t you just say carnivore diet because otherwise it’s impossible.

So not veggies, whole grains or fruit…I can’t see me remaining “regular” without atleast one of those in my diet, but we’re all different….to some extent.

Moderation is key……common sense is golden…….you have to know what your body needs……everyone is different…….have to have a quality of life……couldn’t eat sardines for 30 days……and couldn’t eat a stick of butter……..I think I’d rather check out! This stuff makes me crazy!

I am just sad and frustrated about people being so selfish and not aware…and you would think a scientist of such high caliber should also take into the account our beautiful planet but no…I believe in moderation, I do believe in fasting, but telling everyone to eat red meat in crazy quantities is simply madness. The carbon footprint from keto diet is enormous. I haven’t been eating red meet for 23 years, because first of all animals are sentient beings, but eating a cow or a pig is the same as eating a dog. Maybe clarifying that this diet is only good for certain people or talking about other alternative options would great, otherwise it feels completely selfish to not think about future generations and what kind of Earth they will face with already so many horrible climate changes happening nowadays.

    Zero-Carb Powerhouses (0g Net Carbs)
These are essentially "free" foods regarding your daily carb limit.
Animal Proteins: Grass-fed beef, chicken, turkey, and pork.
Fatty Fish: Salmon, mackerel, sardines, and trout. These are elite "super foods" because they provide essential Omega-3s.
Seafood: Shrimp, lobster, and crab (ensure they aren't imitation, which contains starch).
Healthy Fats: Extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, grass-fed butter, ghee, and coconut oil.
Game Meats: Bison, venison, and elk (extremely nutrient-dense and lean).
Ultra-Low Carb (Less than 2g Net Carbs)
These foods offer vital fiber and micronutrients with a negligible impact on blood sugar.
Leafy Greens: * Spinach: ~0.5g per cup (raw).
    Arugula: ~0.5g per cup.
    Butter Lettuce: ~0.5g per cup.
Eggs: ~0.6g per large egg. They are often called "nature's multivitamin" because they contain almost every nutrient you need.
Hard Cheeses: Parmesan, Cheddar, and Swiss (~0.5g per ounce).
Avocado: While a whole avocado has about 12g of total carbs, it has only 2g net carbs due to its massive fiber content. It is arguably the #1 keto superfood.
Olives: ~0.5g per 5 olives. Great for healthy fats and sodium replenishment.
The "5g and Under" Veggie & Fruit List
These provide the crunch and variety needed to sustain a long-term healthy diet.
    Asparagus: ~1g per 5 spears.
Mushrooms: ~1.5g per cup (white or cremini).
Zucchini: ~2.5g per cup (chopped). Perfect for "zoodles."
Cauliflower: ~3g per cup. High in Vitamin C and K.
Broccoli: ~3.5g per cup. Contains sulforaphane, a powerful antioxidant.
    Berries (In Moderation):
    Blackberries: ~3g per 1/2 cup.
    Raspberries: ~3.5g per 1/2 cup.
Strawberries: ~4g per 1/2 cup (sliced).

Pro-Tip: Watch out for organ meats like liver. While they are incredibly healthy, they do contain small amounts of glycogen (carbs)—usually about 4g per 3.5oz serving.

Isn't nitrite in bacon put in a "known danger" category? which is widely practiced in the bacon industry, even alternative celery powder isn't good either. Also, industries use sugar for curing. so its nowhere near a better category.

I don’t agree with bacon. It is a processed food that undergoes curing (salting), smoking and the addition of preservatives (such as nitrites and nitrates) to extend its shelf life and alter its flavour. It is classified by the WHO as a Group 1 carcinogen (carcinogenic to humans) due to its association with colorectal cancer

Yes, that brings up a great question. What the heck are they doing with the chick skin from all the chicken breasts? Feeding it right back to the chickens? Chicken farms waste NOTHING (they feed feathers and other parts right back to them ground up… not picky eaters). The chicken industry is shipping chicken breasts without skin now (well, for quite a while now). Every other part that's cut up… no problem, the skin is left on. Very strange that they'd take the best part off. I don't eat it, but I do cook the chicken breasts with the skin on for flavor and to avoid making jerky. Whole chickens… no problems. So far, they still ship to stores with skin on.

Dr Boz, I appreciate your knowledge and enthusiasm with health. However God gave us the original diet (prior to sin) of fruit, nuts, seeds etc, after sin vegetables were introduced, after the flood God permitted (clean) meat to be consumed, but it was never in Gods plan for us to consume animal products. I think the main issue with food in general today is that it is quite deficient in nutrients and contains harmful addititives. Also a large percentage of meat and dairy products is diseased and potentially harmful, even cancers such as bovine leukemia virus (BLV) which is prevalent in approx 70% of cattle. Keeping to Gods original diet (organic whole foods) and which is blessed by Him prior to consumption is safe and healthy to eat, this will be the diet consumed in heaven 🙏
