methylated Folic Acid
Juicing… Jack LaLanne — Born 1914, Died 2011. Looks like some of these women forgot about longevity and juicing.
Pleaseeeee, do a Russian audio as well.) let us live in a healthy and enlightened world… please!❤❤❤
Brilliant podcast Steven and team!!!
OK, so I’m a subscriber to your channel. I’m wondering why you didn’t have not one black female doctor represented for the African-American race
I know SO many vegans and vegetarians who mostly eat ultraprocessed foods, doretos with quorn mince chilli, plant “chicken” nuggets, oat and almond milks made from seed oils, I can’t believe “plant” diets necessarily means healthy
Many people, including me, can truly not tolerate fiber and this is not acknowledged at all here. What is said is way too absolute, certain, and doesn't fit everyone. Fiber can ferment in the gut in the wrong places, causing pain which causes insomnia, and if you have slow stomach emptying, fiber is really creating huge problems too, and you can certainly not train yourself out of it by eating more fiber, which I tried to do for about two decades. I'm a 43 y old woman and have been ovulating regularly for ages without eating plant protein, although I really wish I could. I think the data on nutrition is too uncertain to make bold claims and I've worked with nutrition data collection myself.
You guys are amazing
This awesome. I'm a 55yr old Ironman athlete. So helpful.
It is one of the best videos every man and woman should listen!!
I used to like DOAC, but these "experts" have not dealt with weight problems. I need guests who have walked the walk, know the struggle, have personal lab results that demonstrate these findings.
I love Marie Claire but she sure wants to control the conversation 😢
I totally agree with the request of having guests that address post menopause issues
Brilliant panel of women! Listening!! Passing this on to my family!
Me ha encantado este podcast. Muchísima buena información! La he compartido con mis amigas, hermanas, sobrinas, etc.
Where's Dr. Mindy Pelz? She should be on this panel AND Dr. Gabrielle Lyon.
Im confused some people on this show say fast fast fast in menopause and to help burn fat dr mindy pelz says this but then others like this episode say dont fast it causes the body to store fat theres too much contradictory information out there which is correct?
I love love this panel, I found myself looking for answers on my own for my own symptoms and I resonate with most of what all these beautiful doctors are teaching, gaining weight loosing weight, loosing muscle etc…I'm still learning about my own body and giving me grace and patience to keep making healthy choices to age graciously and with physical and mental strength ❤🔥👏👏 will definitely share!
I'm not even half way through this conversation and I'm already very overwhelmed, confused and discouraged. Not sure if I'll finish it or not.
This information was not available to the generations of women before us and I am so grateful for these women.
They are definitely doing their part to ensure my generation and the women under me will be able to control and understand our health.
If you found this video helpful (which it is); please share it with someone you know.
It is a women in your life that needs to hear this.
Wonderful panel. I respect and applaud these professionals! However, please try to introduce some diversity into your podcasts for health equity reasons and to address specific health concerns of diverse women, for instance, black women who have a higher incidence of certain hereditary health predispositions like hypertension, fibroids, etc.
This is one of the most helpful videos I have ever seen touching women’s health from every angle. Thank you so much Steven and all of you. Wonderful doctors. What a blessing. I’m sharing this video with all the women I know.
Regarding fasting I do not feel they have explained this properly. They have not taken in to consideration a woman's cycle and fasting at different phases. Women can fast but they just need to choose the right time in cycle to do it safely and not fast ie at the luteal phase.
Follow Dr Mindy on the topic of fasting as she explains how to do it correctly and the health benefits for women.
This is a podcast I listen to every so often as I get ready for the day or for bed , or while cleaning and every single time there’s a new takeaway that changes how I move through life!! Such a truly life changing episode. Thank you Doctors, Steven and DOAC team!
Bonjour,
Merci pour le pilate que je fais depuis quelques mois je rajouterai de la renforcement musculaire.👍👍👍.
J’ai beaucoup appris merci❤❤❤
Can someone point me to part 1 I would like to send it to my daughters.
More please, panels on women's health. And bras for active big breasted women (don't exist, they want us to sit on the couch). Exercise during pregnancy. And the potential myth of older mums producing downe syndrome kids (is it a lie?). Thanks DOAC 🎉😊 Keep up the girlie stuff. (Men panelists are fine too.)

Just so you know Andrew at the Planet Fitness Rio Pinar Orlando Florida did not give me a class schedule did not take me to the cardio equipment immediately showed me where the heavyweights were he showed me twice how to use the Smith's Machine which I have not tried yet
We could also say that at 20 a lot of women stop high intensity and weight lifting and so stop developping as much bones as the average male. We could reduce the gap if women increase the practice of strenght training and jumping around.
If you are on birth control and have no way to track your menstruation what do you recommend
Fantastic discussion! I found it extremely helpful and informative! Many thanks all
Just from the intro, one speaker said that exercise will increase the number of neurons. However, one of the recent speakers on the show said that the number of neurons we have remains the same and doesn’t increase. What to believe?!!
Thank all of you for the informations God bless 🙏
Wow. Never would I have thought that I would watch two podcasts one after another for about 6 hours (@ x1.25) and be riveted by all the information. That was brilliant. Steven, you asked such thoughtful questions, your fiance and female staff members are so blessed to have you in their lives to be a man that takes the time to understand them.
Mil gracias…muy importante esa información…Dios los bendiga
Would have loved to see Doctor Boz on this panel when talking about nutrition…
These host are not well informed about Pilates in the different types of Pilates because solid core Pilates is high intensity and you do build a lot of muscle when I did that 23 times a week I build muscle I had a six pack. I was in the best shape of my life so I’m sorry but they should be educated on the different types of Pilates before they speak on it because the Pilates that they’re talking about is like Matt Pilates mega former Pilates those I agree are not high intensity
What if you have a mirena/ birth control and stopped having periods? Does that effect your estrogen levels?
I wished they'd talked about POF/ POI, unfortunately it's never talked about even though it's a very important conversation for young women.
