    Girl please consider what it means to consider a generative computer program like ChatGPT a real source of emotional or social comfort. And if that’s enough to convince you to look more critically at AI use, please please look into the communities in the United States who are suffering from the expanse of data centers.

    Even if that’s not enough, consider the impact of promoting it on your very successful social media page where young people who don’t yet have the critical thinking skills to engage with AI safely view your content. It’s one thing to use AI in your personal life and another to promote it to the public 💔💔

    make sure your mouth and spit is clear and pure saliva first spit in a glass of water and if that spit grows leg type things and gets stringy in the first 10 – 15 minutes theres a very very high chance you have candida, go book a doctors appointment just to confirm tho

    I struggle with exact same thing but the doctor said that I saw fine and he just gave me some pills of carbon that absorb glut gaz but it didn't help because the gaz is always back
    Now I go to gym I basically eat healthy occasionally I eat carbs and sugar but my glut is not improving from bloating

    When I eat sweets or eat foods like pasta, which are high in carbohydrates, I feel fatigued and sleepy afterwards. That's why I think I need to limit, but not completely, because I need the rice. I'm Asian TT. I'm going to try this though (some advice with a grain of salt)

    It’s wild how we normalize bloating, acne, low energy like it’s just “life.” For me it wasn’t. Once I fixed a few gut habits, things changed fast. What symptom did you ignore the longest? If you want, I can share what actually helped me.

    Im a full time RN and its impossible to get a full 8 hrs of sleep. Ive been sleep deprived since nursing school and it only gets worse when working the field lol on a good night i get about 5-6 hrs of sleep 😂
