    I'm 15 right now going to turn 16 sooner I started watching your shorts 2yrs before and honestly first I don't know about the insecureness but after turning 14 I started to feel insecure about my thick thighs and lower belly but after seeing your videos I really felt better and comfortable and realised that's all normal.     With the raspberry sorbet, add some frozen banana! Maybe vanilla too. Makes it creamier and sweeter.

    Can’t believe I almost skipped this video. I clicked on it and watched everything-and it completely changed what I ate. I was already eating very healthy meals, but I had a problem of eating too many snacks/candy. Since I’m still a young teen, it’s ok and I don’t have to worry about it, but I got bad acne from the snacks. After watching this video, and replacing my unhealthy snacks with these recipies, it’s been 2 months, and my skin is finally clear and I feel so much better. Thank you!! (Ofc, I still eat normal ice cream and chips sometimes, but only if I’m hanging out with someone. I have a good balance now)

    Hi Anna! I just wanted to say that you're a huge inspiration. I had no idea about healthy eating—apart from my parents' great lessons—until, when I was younger, my dad got very deep into it. We listened to the Glucose Goddess audiobook in the car. He was losing weight, gaining muscle, and having a great diet. But out of fear of pressuring me or influencing me in any negative way, when I asked him, although he would explain stuff, he'd say "But that's just for me!"
    And I wanted to know what worked for ME—you've helped me greatly! 🩵
    I now live a great lifestyle I enjoy, balancing diet, exercise, studies, and family. I know about balance and mindfulness.

    I am about to turn 13 and this helped sooo much thx! I have really been trying to eat healthy and have a smoothie every other day but you know with all the preservatives, dyes, and gmo in our food it is hard to find good healthy food without it being secretly bad for you

    What protein does she use. I have some vegan vanilla one ond the artificial sweetener just tastes so bad. Also I once had a un sweeted one. Was ok Taste wise but the texture it added to my food was just…not good.

    Hi, thank you so much for all of these ideas. I really want to try them out. I´ve actually been wanting to add more healthy and unprocessed foods to my diet recently, however I just kept pushing it away. This video really motivated and inspired me to finally start and get away from the constant cycle of eating and bringing pasta with pesto or processed rice from the microwave to school every day. Thank you!!! Really!!!!

    You might not ever read this comment but I would just have one question if you ever do.
    I live in Germany too and I wanted to ask if along the meal ideas you could also always say the names of the products and from which local shops you got them. And even for those around the globe maybe say more what you would recommend when buying the products. I´ve noticed you doing this already but I just wanted to ask if you could try to do that more often perhaps. Thank you!

    I love love love love love the raspberry homemade sorbet. After I started doing it, i couldnt handle eating the ones in ice cream shops because the homemade one was just soooooo fresh and smooth. I always have a pack or two of frozen raspberries in my freezer just to make this, not even forcefully to eat helthy, just cuz i want to
